I am not a good cook and I don't find cooking fun at all. The easier and quicker meals work for me. But you see, you have few healthy options in easy convenient foods.
So when I am challenge to eat good foods, I put extra hours in my workout. I do athletic flow yoga, jogging with sprints, spinning and lifting. Even with the number of hours I put in a week, there is small change towards my BMI goal.
Thus,I should start learning about food and changing my diet. I should be smart with what I put inside my body. On to healthier me!
