My Last Minute Project

2013 is a rollercoaster of events for me. With its highs and lows, it is also the story of weight. I can make excuses but they can only be stretch to a month or two. I really need to get a grasp of the situation. Right from the start, I know what to do and what not to do. And like most of you, there are "bad" things, like fries, chips in front of the tv, that are just to hard to stop or even let go. I did say goodbye but that did not last long. 


Its a battle.


With three more months before the year ends, I need to make a goal and not a new year's resolution for 2014. It might be the wrong season to get serious but I feel it is even more important to get in control at this time.
I will still go to parties and I will still enjoy these gatherings but with a better mindset.
So looking forward to a healthier, lighter me to greet a new year, I am going to yoga classes 3x a week, run 5ks in the treadmill or track 2x a week, 30-minute step class a week and a daily 15-minute cardio killer with the help of Nike Training Club. 

So cheer me on! Lets get my BMI under control! Good numbers, baby! 
Just gotta say that!

Giving you an update on this project: I am not doing my NTC diligently but I am following on my yoga classes. Missing out on my 5ks 2x/week but trying hard to keep running at least 1mi 3x/week. Am I losing weight? Yeah! Not a whole lot as I wanted to but it is a work in progress.
