For everyone to see

We found ourselves among the old temples of Siem Reap. Our tuktuk driver, Kimlean, was kind and helpful and very informative about his country and his culture and its history.

We knew there would be many temples to see and it can be overwhelming in its numbers and sizes and its distances. Simlean took hold of our itinerary and brought us to all the beautiful temples.

My favorites are Angkor Wat, Banyan and Bantay Srei.

Tips:

  • Plan at least two days for all temples
  • Start early and dress accordingly
  • Find a good tuktuk driver
  • Understand each temple so as to appreciate it more

Glad that we were able to see this famous landmark. Glad that we were able to meet a good friend in our tuktuk driver.

Each experience made us appreciate what we already have and what we have learned throughout our journey.
