This is my "Discover Hong Kong"

My husband loves to walk as his form of exercise. And Hong Kong just caters to his need for fitness and health. Hong Kong have many hiking trails and depending on how long you want it, urban or nature trail you like, you can find one you like.

So today, we were at Bowen Road Fitness Walking Track. Basically, we were walking the length of Bowen Road from Central to Wong Nei Chung. Don't worry. I can't also read everything in the sign. But I assumed it is telling me where I am at in this 4000m path.

We started about 830am and they were quite a number of people from running to walking their dogs. And whatever you have intended for this path, they help you keep track with your goals.

And I guessed it can be spiritual for some.

But for me, it was the view that got me to promise myself that I will definitely be doing this again and again.

It was a bit cloudy but it was the perfect weather to initiate myself for this accessible, easy track.

Just another reason why I call Hong Kong my second home away from home. They keep me fit to keep up with this bustling metropolitan.
